Competition work

My colleague and I came first for our answer to the following brief set by L'Oréal for the YCN creative competition:

Help L'Oréal boost awareness of its professional salon products among every day consumers.

The campaign should build a greater engagement with the end consumer without disengaging the strong relationship L'Oréal has built with salon professionals.

 

Our solution was to incorporate the salon professionals and experience into the creative itself in a way that was both eye-catching and fun, while still promoting the product benefits.  

Concept was a team effort.

We both wrote the copy and I created the final designs.

I created the video's concept and story board and, due to the contest's short deadline, 

had to shoot, direct, and edit this video in a single day.
